Mr.
Bolding actively serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the
company with responsibility for all matters related to the operation and
maintenance of company assets and management of field personnel. He brings to the group extensive knowledge
gained from twenty-six years of practical, hands-on experience in the natural
gas industry including sixteen years with Texaco. Mr. Bolding, 48, co-founded Clear Creek
Natural Gas Gathering, LLC in 2000 as a startup CBM gas gathering company in Contact Tim Bolding
