Strategy.
The strategy of Clear Creek Energy Services is two-fold. First, Clear Creek looks to partner with progressive, results-oriented natural gas producers to build-out necessary gathering, compression and pipeline infrastructure including monetizing existing mid-stream infrastructure with our investment dollars. At Clear Creek, we intend to solely focus on midstream operations as we look to our producer partners to deliver on downhole activities. In choosing like-minded, results-oriented producer partners who are similarly committed to getting natural gas into the marketplace on an effective and efficient basis, we expect the sum of these strategic partnerships to yield greater mutual value to both parties and all stakeholders than what might otherwise be achieved by the stand-alone efforts of either party. Second, Clear Creek intends to work with larger transportation systems to partner in the development of smaller diameter gathering lines and compression systems feeding their large diameter transportation systems. Strategic alliances of this nature allow the transportation companies to focus on large volume movements and customers while utilizing Clear Creek to manage the process of dealing with smaller volume movements, compression and relationships with the oil and gas producers. |
